PROFESSIONALISM!!! You guys at FJB Associates were great from beginning to end. The professionalism of both the salesman as well as the installers can't be put into words. I had an problem having a water problem over two of the windows that were being installed. The installers evaluated the scenario and made the needed corrections at no price to me even though it was not part of my contract. TAX CREDIT!!! The installers from FJB Associates had been on time, went proper to work, and left the home as neat as when they walked in. I would not hesitate to use them once more within the future. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!!! The FJB Associates installer came some minutes late worked very quick. When he finished he asked if I wanted to go up on the ladder to take a take a look at the final job.
